The principal species living within this community are wing shells (Pteria sp.), rock oysters (Ostrea folium, Hyotissa sp. and Hyotis sp.), and soft corals (of several species, including Dendronephthya). Hard corals observed include Tubastrtea sp., Pocillopora damicornis, and Pocillopora eydouxi. Sponges, hydroids, filamentopus algae, anemones and tubeworms are also present
