Blue-faced boobies at an oil production platform

Abstract

This paper discusses the authors’ observations of blue-faced boobies feeding near aplatform 190 km southwest of Cameron, Lousiana and notes that “feeding near oil production platforms in the Gulf of Mexico…was typically a localized event.”
